All installation work is completed by our in-house flooring team. We do not outsource or use random subcontractors, which allows us to maintain consistent quality, communication, and accountability from start to finish.

Most LVP installations take 1–2 days, depending on square footage, demolition, and subfloor preparation needs. We’ll provide a clear timeline before scheduling.

Yes. Express Hardwood & Flooring is fully insured, and all installations are backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. Flooring materials purchased through us are also covered under this one-year warranty, in addition to any applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary by product. If you supply your own material, our warranty will cover labor only.
