Yes. We can install customer-supplied materials. In this case, our warranty will cover labor only. We’ll review the product to ensure it’s suitable for installation before proceeding.

Most LVP installations take 1–2 days, depending on square footage, demolition, and subfloor preparation needs. We’ll provide a clear timeline before scheduling.

Yes. Express Hardwood & Flooring is fully insured, and all installations are backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. Flooring materials purchased through us are also covered under this one-year warranty, in addition to any applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary by product. If you supply your own material, our warranty will cover labor only.
